We offer professional concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls. Each project begins with a free consultation and quote. We will walk you through the entire process so you know what to expect every step of the way.

Project Estimates and Pricing

Your estimate is based on the information you provide about your project. If the scope changes or we discover unexpected issues during site prep, we will discuss any additional costs with you before moving forward. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprise fees.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit to schedule your project and purchase materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment schedules for larger projects will be outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline and Delays

We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project. Weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions can affect this timeline. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and marking any underground utilities. You should also remove any vehicles, equipment, or personal items from the work zone before we arrive. If you have pets, please keep them away from the construction area for their safety and ours.

Permits and Approvals

For most projects, we will handle obtaining necessary permits. However, you are responsible for any homeowner association approvals or property easement issues. We recommend checking with your HOA before starting any concrete work.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Your project includes a warranty against defects in workmanship. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage from external sources are not covered. Concrete naturally develops small hairline cracks over time, which are considered normal and not covered by warranty.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to a restocking fee. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges.

Liability and Insurance

We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for all our team members. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, or for existing issues with your property that we did not cause.
